I've sadly lost my tablet pen, so it may be a while before I locate it once again
I've also crashed my laptop's hard drive, so I'm using the insanely slow desktop (which doesn't like my Photoshop or GIMP at all), so for the next god knows how many months or so, all you'll be seeing from me is poems, stories, and chapters of unfinished works and such..}

Bye Summer+Concerts~!+Movie Critique Time

Where does the time go?

_{Summer is almost over for me! School starts August 16th, but I've got band camp that starts on August 3rd and goes right up until school starts. I've also got a Student Council retreat on the 15th as well.
So yeah, I'm gonna be busy busy busy. I'm kind of pissed our band director cancelled out color guard for the games and we only get to preform at parades, but oh well. I'm not thrilled about marching and holding up a stupid flute, but it's still band and it'll be fun for me no matter what. ^w^}

Concerts, concerts, and TRIPS!

_{I get to see Green Day mid-August (AHH exciting right? New album and everything), so I get to finally see Billie Joe Armstrong, the man who inspired me to love and play the guitar and who made eyeliner on men SEXY as hell. :3
Then I going to see Plain White T's and Snow Patrol perform together.
I've already seen Snow Patrol in concert so I know the kick-ass, and I've recently been getting into Plain White T's, so I know the concert will rock.

I get go to Alaska for a week to visit some family so that'll be tons of fun.
I also might be going to a big city (like Miami, Boston, or NYC) for a weekend, just to relax and hang loose, ya know?
It's been discussed, but I'm still kinda iffy - I might be able to go to either Peru or Australia/New Zealand around my birthday, but I really want to go to Naka-kon (Kansas City anime convention) again next year, and the first day of it lands RIGHT on my birthday. :/
I know, I'm crazy right? Contemplating giving up an international trip just so I can go to an anime convention for my birthday? Still, I'm mulling over it...
Movie Updates+What I Wanna See!

_{So I just recently saw Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, and I have to say, it kicked a LOT of ass!
The twins were hilarious and the whole movie just reeked of epicness.
I also saw The Knowing on DVD at my boyfriend's house and that was actually pretty cool. Then again, Nicholas Cage can make any puzzle movie look great (take National Treasure for example) lol

I'm going to the midnight premiere of Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince (if they don't sell out before I can buy the tickets! )!!!! I FREAKING CAN'T WAIT TO SEE THAT DAMN MOVIE They just better make it good or I'm finally gonna take a plane to England and kick the director's ass...
I hope to see Bruno just because it looks so funny and great. I never watched Borat, but I certainly would love to see Bruno.
Another movie I'm kind of dying to see is Orphan. Creepy yet intriguing story line, it seems. I doesn't seem SO scary that I wouldn't like it, but it doesn't seem too lame at all, either.}
I just wanted to add...

_{That I think I'm completely in love. I know 3 short months (as of two days ago) isn't a lot of time to declare someone as the person you think you'll spend forever with, but I think Paul (my boyfriend) and I have something really special and unique. We can talk to each other about anything, he worries about me and is there when my feelings are raw, we listen to each other, and, best of all, we both agree we've found our soul mates. It's not everyday you can hear commitment come out of a guy's mouth these days. lol
I know it's all gushy and lovey and stuff, but I just wanted to put it out there... If you hear my rant about Paul, you are allowed to skip over it, nod and think about your algebra homework, etc.
